Why should you get involved?

A community works best together when its members are able to communicate effectively, share resources, and support each other. When people feel connected to their community, they are more likely to be engaged and invested in its success.

Here are some tips for how a community can best work together:

• Communicate effectively. Communication is key to any successful relationship, and it is especially important in a community. Community members need to be able to communicate openly and honestly with each other, both in person and online. They should also be able to listen to each other and respect each other’s opinions.
• Share resources. Communities are made up of individuals with different skills and talents. When community members share their resources, it benefits the entire community.
